KAMKAM is a Seoul based design studio of two designers Hyunjin Seo and Jaekyoung Kim. They produce fun and playful furniture and other design items. In their own words “Our dream is to have the time and space to conceptualize, construct and share whatever comes to our minds. We want to transform all this darkness to show every single one of its colors.”

Designed by a young artist Jiyoung Seo, SAI is unusual shelving system consisting of silicon cubes. The position of the cubes is customizable, which allows you to create your own unique shelf that fits your storage needs. SAI is being exhibited until September 4th in Gothenburg, Sweden at the Röhsska Museum.

Fighting against today’s mass production and disposable culture Soo Jin Kang gives new life to old forgotten furniture. Using antique raw materials, needles and thread she creates unique one of a kind furniture.

Seoul based company Market M* manufactures beautifully made minimal wooden furniture and various home goods. One sign of their high quality is the furniture that are put together with wooden nails. And as their slogan says they believe in “natural living, slow life”.
